Fantastic theme and storyline throughout this room. It really felt immersive like we were in the scene. My only fault was one of the puzzles was a little tricky to hear which chewed up some time.

A classic spooky cabin vibe with some unique puzzles. This room, whilst not on top of my Cipher list, still feels very well done and designed with the puzzle customisation a nice touch. Our game master Nathaniel was great, chatted with us heaps and helped move our booking forward as we finished some of the other rooms early. I didn’t find it overly scary and had some trouble with the theming not really connecting to some of the puzzles.

As Cipher’s oldest room The Cabin has all the markings of a traditional mechanical escape room but still delivers in terms of atmosphere and puzzle variety. Whilst not leaning too heavily into the horror of its premise, the experience was still super clever and personalised when it came to player interaction and immersion. Great room. Our Game Master Nathaniel was awesome and happy to talk shop post-game.

Another great experience with this company. Puzzle flow made sense and was fun. For our team it was the right level of challenging but didn’t have to ask for clues. A fun ending I didn’t expect.

The Cabin was a solid, fun escape. Was in a group of 4 instead of my usual 2-person setup, we got out with plenty of time to spare. The theme was solid, never really forgot we were chasing a serial killer, and the ending is next level! Good mix of padlocks and sensor puzzles. The souvenir pins are a sweet memento.
Good fun gameplay. Loved the lightbulb moments when we made a connection or discovered the missing piece of a puzzle.
Set design was suitably creepy. No special effects. Props integrated well.
Amelia was a great GM, very welcoming. We didn’t use any hints so can’t comment on in-game experience.
Spooky
Definitely a creepy atmosphere.

It’s a very busy area for cars, recommend taking the train or bus instead.

Completed with 5 people and no hints. This was one of my best escape room experienced! Set design was top notch and puzzles were all creative and fun. A lot of creative thinking was used rather than brainy problem solving. Often there were 2-3 things that can be worked on so a bigger group can multitask.
Many interesting and fun puzzles, for most of the time, 2 puzzles can be worked on simultaneously so more people have something to do
Set design top tier, many were integrated with puzzles well

Many unique + fun puzzles and story twist
I forgot the story for most of the game since it was a standard criminal story however there was a certain twist that made it very memorable

Spine tingling atmosphere which kept us on edge the entire time. The excellent combination of theming, story and puzzles flowed very well.
