Overall an incredible experience and if you like harry potter you will find many Easter eggs in here to that and other series.
Gameplay
It was very fun to play in this room. All the puzzles were very self explanatory and only needed one or two hints. The flow of this game almost never stopped.
Atmosphere
The game was very immersive and the set and prop were just incredible; however the lightning sound effects that were going the whole time made it a little hard to hear the GM and talk to each other.
Customer service
We had GM James, and he was really good. He shined when the game started and he was giving us hints. He was very quick to roleplay all of the hints and make it feel in theme; however face to face he struggles a little and before the game started, it was a little hard to get immersed.

I believe one puzzle was messed up and it seemed like we were getting it wrong and we counted it multiple times be.fore it finally passed

If your legs and back struggle, then this may not be for you, but if you have someone that is physically okay then it should be fine because it is only a portion of the room where you have to crouch and climb up but there are things to do in both places
