Best escape room ever! It was slightly spooky but not too spooky. Very immersive game, it flowed well.
Fun puzzles, they were clever.
They rooms were immersive and the rooms made it feel like you were in the mansion.
Great acting. The GMs were welcoming and into their characters.

Best in game actors we’ve experienced in an escape room. From the moment you step through the door you are drawn into the game. The puzzles started off slow for us but it picked up as the game advanced. Zero combo locks, everything was unique and well thought out. Instantly one of our favorite rooms.

Really sweet staff. The environment was excellent and so was the actor. The only thing is I don’t remember many of the puzzles so not sure if maybe they were less memorable, but also my friend’s carried me through this one. I thought the separation aspect could have used more things to do for the people who were separated though.

This has easily been the best Escape Room I've been to so far. The experience raised all the bars. The immersion is top notch thanks to wonderful actors, great set design and mechanics, cohesive theming and engaging puzzles. Damn near everything in this experience has a charm to it. There was plenty for everyone in our group to do and the game master and actors did a hell of a great job in changing the experience into something unique and memorable. They also included a puzzle I have been waiting for over 100 Escape Rooms to finally be given the opportunity to do and it was like I got my Christmas wish. The experience began for us before even entering the location, and the way they did it was absolutely fantastic and hilarious. I cannot sing Hope End's praises enough.
Great Interactions with the actors. The puzzles were engaging and flowed very well. Everything fit within theme and gave us as players things to think about and discuss narratively while in play, which is always a great sign that your story is sticking
One of the most Immersive sets I've ever seen. It was top notch in most respects. Great well themed moments with immersive fx.
The Actors were fantastic, the GM being one of them, and everything they did was pure gold

We had a great time here, the staff were friendly and the experience was fun. The room was themed well and all puzzles worked with no issues. The room flowed pretty well and was not awkward with the live actors as it is with other’s. I would highly recommend a visit here.

Overall, awesome room! I can see why people deem this room their favorite :) it was not as Spooky as I expected it to be, and I’m quite a nervous person. If you plan to play with 3 people, call ahead of time to let them know and they will accommodate. The acting was polished, but I did not feel I needed to act along with them like one review here said. I’ve done rooms where you need to converse with the actors, and these actors sort of take the reins for you. I highly recommend this room if you like actors with your puzzles!
Very cool, included some puzzle-solving methods I hadn’t seen before!
I’m quite skittish, and while this room is labeled Spooky🔪, I was afraid of things that didn’t actually happen. This room is quite tolerable.
Hope End typically runs 4+ players, but as a group of 3 they accommodated to it and we still got a fulfilling experience.
Really cool storyline and the acting was stellar!

This room is AMAZING. I wouldn’t recommend this room if you are into rooms for the puzzles. This room is an immersive experience kind of like living through a tv show. The live actors were phenomenal. Don’t be worried when you enter and the person at the front desk is acting strange. It is part of the experience. The puzzles were fun but nothing crazy. I still rate this room a 9.5/10 and would HIGHLY recommend for people who like immersive theatre because this is one of the best out there.

Loved this room. Staff was great and super dedicated. Puzzles weren’t particularly hard but they were certainly fun. I highly recommend this room. It may take you a second to get used to the people but then it becomes normal.
There can be a bit of waiting if one room is behind because you may be separated from your party, but that was the only downside
