I unfortunately had a poor experience with this room. Based from the description online they had a great concept however the story was completely lost in person and in the room. There were many important probs that were broken including the final puzzle. We showed up on time and they took 5 minutes from us. I would have been fine because they requested us to be early however they then made us wait another 5 or more minutes after we filled the wavers out while they finished resetting. I feel if they still had to reset while we were there on time and had our wavers finished they should have given us our full time. We would ask for hints and our hints made no since or referenced something we already completed. We were on the last puzzle when we ran out of time then when the owner was debriefing us she said “well you guys wouldn’t have been able to finish because the last puzzle was broken.”

Things were broke and it didn’t feel clean.

Everything was old but some items felt out of place.

The owner was rude and the game master didn’t care about his game.
