Prison Break

Got stuck on the first part of the room for a while, but once we were able to figure a few clues, we got the hang of it. It was probably one of the hardest ones we've been to, but we are a great team. Definitely a fun room. Lots of lock and you do use the clues more than once.

Very frustrating escape room and the GM was practically no help. Without clues not likely to complete in time. I asked the GM if it was non-linear but that is the exact opposite. We did this as a team bonding experience, instead of being a fun experience, we came out frustrated

For a prison game it’s fun! A lot to do, solid challenge and decent space. Worked great for a small team. Why you might like this game: you want to experience jail time. Why you might not like this game: you might reminisce on jail time.

The place looked great. Big budget franchise and I was excited. But the room was not properly set up. Multiple doors were left unlocked (but we thought we unlocked them) which left us kind of chasing our tails due to misunderstanding what actually opened the doors. There was also at least 1 major hint that they neglected to place in the first room. We still got out and it was anticlimactic to say the least. They gave us a “my bad” but that was about it. No offer for a future free play, percentage off or even a vibe of regret. Prob won’t go back 🤷🏻‍♂️

This room was head to head which allowed our large group to have the same experience but split up. It added a super fun competitive element. The puzzles themselves were fine.

Pretty fun game. There could have been a few more puzzles for the size of the room. Medium difficulty for a group of four experienced players. For less experienced I would recommend six.

Of all the rooms at red door this one was my least favorite. Just didn’t flow to me and the clues we got didn’t help. We were given clues about puzzles we already finished at one point. So it may have been an off day for our game master. Wasn’t feeling this room. Also some of the mechanics of the items wasn’t working 100%.
