Le Blind Tiger [The Blind Tiger]

Before visiting, I knew the name of this game was familiar. But we were with a group of 6 players total going through all the games at Escaparium Laval, so we joined in this one as well to check if it was the same as one we had already played. Upon entering the room we realized this was indeed the case - we had played this game already at Expedition Escape in PA. Had we seen a photo of the inside of the room ahead of time, we would have been able to confirm this. We wished there had been mention of this on the website somewhere as we have heard that some games do have repeats in other locations. That being said, it IS a solid game if you haven't played it before, but we played pretty recently and remembered almost all of the puzzles. So 2 of our group of 6 just kind of stepped back here and helped the others along without actively solving things.

Yet another unique entrance into the room! I love the way this company starts the immersion before you even leave the lobby! Tasked to go undercover in the Blind Tiger you must maneuver through the "security puzzles" to find the evidence you need to put away the crooked criminals. This concept may not be new but the added touches that Escaparium adds to the room make for a great experience! Another beautiful room which is filled to the brim with gorgeous detail work that plays into most of the puzzles. The interactions with your GM are a hoot and half and were a fun addition to the proceedings. The puzzles were great and just the right amount of struggle to make it a step above a beginner room. Loved it all and would love to have cozied up to the bar for a signature cocktail when it was all done. Cheers!

The best of the little games at Escaparium—the vibe is cool, and so are the characters. It’s simple and fun, especially the non-linear aspect. You’ve gotta love running back and forth.

Nice room! Not exactly linear. Live actor makes the entrance feel immersive, also like how the actor also gives you hints. There was a puzzle that didnt give a cue when completed so look out for that.

A solid traditional escape room with a mix of logic puzzles, traditional escape fare, ans some fun acting-based interactions. Not the best game at Escaparium (but you knew that already...), it's nevertheless a good time

If this was another location/city, this would be a good/classic escape room. Fun props to use, fun/relevant interactions with a live actor, solid set design. I did enjoy my time here overall. It does just lack a bit of uniqueness/character/spectacle that comes with a lot of the escape rooms at Escaparium. So comparatively it feels a bit lacking even though (imo) it is has everything to be a good room.

This was a big disappointment. It's a pre-made room I've played before with no indication that that's what it is... And it's not even a good pre-made room. It just doesn't belong here. The puzzles are so-so at best, and even having played it before we got sick several times because the rooms design is just not very good. Save your money. I wish we had. Okay their other rooms instead!
