What a fantastic, immersive experience. Before you even start you’re pulled straight into the story and kept entertained throughout. Not particularly scary, but there are a few jumps along the way. The whole game feels like you’re on a fantastical journey of discovery…with just the right amount of puzzles as you uncover the mystery of Anna Morana.

The theming and design of this room was exceptional, however the puzzles and flow wasn’t very satisfying for us. A good portion of the beginning required players to read and follow an instruction manual which was tedious and boring. We were given big, heavy equipment at the start which we were very excited about, but we ended up using it once and very briefly. The owners tried to make this room more immersive by making the meeting and starting point at a mysterious location near a former petrol station. This was a failed attempt at doing so, because it ended up having no effect on the experience; you end up walking through the back door of the venue and through normal looking staircase/hallways to your escape room. The ending was nonsensical, the comedic and farcical nature of it ruined the scary vibe we experienced throughout the entire game.

This was without doubt my favourite escape room!!!! It has everything!!! We loved every minute!! Can not say enough good things about it!!! It’s amazing in every way!!! Everyone involved should take a bow and be proud 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 absolutely amazing 🤩

Story was told well.

Super fun experience. :) Not really an escape room, definitely more an immersive adventure. Very linear along a compelling story, i think the idea number of players is 3 with more there are lots of tasks where the others basically just stand by and watch. Very cool sound and light effects, great fun elements in between. Definitely a must play for everyone who is into story-heavy immersive experiences.

Brandon Darkmoor by The Room is far more than a traditional escape room – it’s a fully immersive experience that truly stands out. Set within a dark, atmospheric storyline, this adventure blends spine-tingling suspense with well-placed moments of humor that lighten the mood just enough. What makes this room exceptional is its cinematic execution: theatrical performances, impressive technology, and stunning sound and lighting effects come together to create a world you don’t just visit – you live in it. A definite must-play for anyone seeking immersive storytelling, eerie thrills, and unforgettable moments.

This is "The Room"'s masterpiece: a highly technological game, with plot twists that you never saw coming, an actor that makes the game super interactive and a décor that makes you forget you are in a basement. We had a blast living the adventure of Brandon Darkmoor, and would recommend it to anyone!

This isn't as much an escape room as it is an interactive experience. Incredibly fun, well thought out, not a lot of puzzles.

This is ranked our #3 of all time (and is Julie’s personal favorite). This isn’t an escape room, it’s an experience. We have never felt so much wonder in a room. There were times we just stopped to take in what was happening around us. Scary but by no means terrifying. We don’t want to give anything away, just take from us: Do it! Chris and I both have favorite memories of this room we talk about all of time (and they are different memories!). When we want to explain to someone how amazing an escape room can be, this room is always top of mind. Anyway, we can’t say enough without giving spoilers, and trust us, you don’t want any. Let the magic happen. We stayed talking about it with the Haider and Marvin for about 30 minutes afterwards. 😂 It’s always better when you’re around people who are so proud of what they do and have a love for the craft.
