I think this was such a fun game, and I am a sucker for multi room escape games so this was really cool! We struggled a little bit in the first room, but the challenge made it even more fun!! It was a great time I really recommend this room!
The game play was really cool and the storyline along with the all the details was such a great thing to see and do!!
It literally felt like we were in a plane and with all the lights it made the room feel realistic.
She was amazing and very helpful. When we needed a hint she answered quickly and she made sure to answer all of our questions before the game started. She was great.
I loved the plot!!

We really enjoyed this room - it has a unique story line/concept we haven't seen in many other rooms. We would have wanted more detail in the room itself - there is definitely space to improve on set design, but the concept, puzzles, and sequence were a lot of fun! About a medium-difficulty room - Definitely would recommend!

With how this game exists now, I would not recommend playing. It could be so much better with a few changes, but there were some major issues. First off, it did not feel like we had a game master actually watching us and tracking our progress. During one part of the game, when my team and I were stuck on a big and challenging puzzle, we asked for a hint. The hint we were given was for the puzzle we were working on, but it was telling us something weβd already figured out. It was like the person sending us the hint had not been listening. We continued trying to solve it, and thought we were making progress, but suddenly the answer to the puzzle appeared on the clue screen. It was as if the game master got sick of us working on it and just wanted us to just get past that part - even though weβd just started actually figuring it out. The other issue with the clue screen was that clues would be kinda long, like several sentences. They would appear, we would read them, we would try to solve the puzzle, but then we would need to revisit the clue we were sent to make sure we read it correctly - since they were long. But the clue would be gone already. They would stay on the screen for like 15 seconds and then disappear. Super annoying. Another issue with this room and Escapology rooms in general is that they have A LOT of looong messages and papers with a ton of words. Some would simply be story-building and not puzzle-related, and others would have only certain words or phrases that mattered on a page with probably 100 words. Super unnecessary. Too much extra reading and info that is either not important or completely vital. The inconsistency was painful. The last issue in this room I wanted to touch on is that there are 3 locked boxes (with combo locks) that just donβt get opened. They literally arenβt part of the game but are decorated to go completely with the story/theme. The game master explained that they are simply there to throw us off. Why would you include locks in an escape room that you actually donβt need to unlock? It completely skews your view of what you have left to solve in the room. Ridiculous and annoying. The only plus I can think of is the set. Itβs pretty cool and feels like youβre on a plane. However, I still say to save your money, donβt play this game.

This room was okay. The set of the plane was very cool but some of the props were getting worn. I will stay whomever is overall in charge of this facility was just eh. She was annoyed my friends and I were there early, the room wasnβt set but we knew we were early so we told her we didnβt mind waiting but she just disappeared for maybe 15/20 minutes. We actually then ended up starting like 5/10 minutes late. Again not a huge deal but for the stink she was making it was just annoying
Our game master was great. The owner or general manager, not sure which they are was so incredibly rude and unhelpful.
