“This was my favorite house this year, which really surprised me because I’m not a massive fan of Terrifier. It was less scary than I thought it would be, but a lot more fun! Each scene was super distinct and memorable, and the attention to detail was immaculate! I always love some good gross-out horror when it’s done with a slightly comedic tone. All of the Arts also really sold their performances.”

“This one may not be gory, if that’s what people consider scary, but the intimidating part of the maze is the sheer size of the clowns. I felt towered over and that was scary. The humor takes your guard down to then get you with a jump scare. Such a fun maze. One of my favorites.”

“This maze is always one of my favorites each year. I think I like it because it’s not based on a specific movie and more of just a general scary haunted maze. This year they scaled up the monsters noticeably and I thought it was extra horrifying! Would definitely recommend!”

“The wait for this sucked. Not only was there a long Express Pass, there was also groups skipping ahead of them. Set design was cool. One quick murder scene in particular earned an applause from everyone in the room! The only problem with this maze was it just felt like a bunch of rooms with talent acting out scenes and relying on cues.”

“This might have been my favorite maze here this year. I tend to appreciate the more generic, non-movie-based ones more, since they’re just generally trying to be scary. I thought this one was pretty creepy and great!”

“This was one of favorite houses this year. Mostly because of the glowing eyes and some of the iconic scenes played out. The pacing in the maze could be controlled better. There were moments that stopped the flow but it was not too big of a deal. If this one comes back, they should build it somewhere else in the park.”

“This is the essential Dark Harbor haunt. It feels the most distinctly “Queen Mary”, especially because we’re able to see into the pool room for a second. There’s one scare on a bridge multiple stories above a maintenance area that is absolutely cruel and might be the best scare I’ve ever seen in a haunt!”

“I grew up watching this so seeing this in the flesh was pretty awesome! The pacing with the talent was really good. I felt like they were ganging up on me. I don’t scare easily but I did love the attention.”
