Reviews

I could see why this room received the recognitions. The hype is real!! The variety of puzzles drove the “playtime” story forward and accommodated each of our own strengths and it was satisfying solving each puzzle. There was only one task that wasted our time but we got it eventually. Like everyone says, their hint delivery system is top notch and I encourage everyone to interact with “it”. Our GM, Chris, delivered an Oscar winning performance with his role as Sally! (Also as Cookie in Part 1.) We did the series in two days due to our availability; I recommend doing it back to back. This room is not scary to me but may be to others. It has a dark storyline. There’s short moments of darkness and that’s about it. The guys at LG know what their doing. If you’re looking to do an escape room in LV, put this on your list!!!

Puzzles

It had a nice flow until my group got stumped workin on one of them. They know how to make fun puzzles.

Atmosphere

It really did look like a rec room. There are some dim moments but let your eyes adjust and you should be alright.

Customer service

Yes!!! And engaging

There are features I’ve already seen and they made good use to them. Super satisfying

4-5. I personally don’t like having too many in the room. Too many hands in the cookie jar.

Did this at Halloween time with live actors and it was AMAZiNG!! Super smart and clever puzzles. The designers really made a solid experience and the decor is very well done! One of my favs!!

Puzzles

Excellent puzzles that were clever and smart.

Atmosphere

Great design sets and ambience

Customer service

The staff really gets into the role and the acting. Some places they boringly read from a piece of paper. Not here! Feel like they hired drama students that are really getting into the role and they are a key part of the action and even solving some puzzles!

How scary?

Scary

Did this at Halloween and in addition to the live actors the talking Annabelle doll is consistently freaky but a key part of the game. Roll with it and have fun. You “should” make it out alive

This was my 25th escape room (the Chapter 1 room). If it wasn't the best one I've done, it was one of the best. It was certainly the best at many things. I have never considered the storyline a very important element in an escape room, but I realize now that that's only because I've never seen it done right. Until now. Another thing this room did really well was use a variety of puzzles. In fact, there was only one locked box (hallelujah!). The decor was great. The mechanics of the room were unparalleled. Definitely a must-do room for escape room enthusiasts.

It was good. I enjoyed the experience. I found little silly the whole introduction to the room was with the customer service being the actor for the maze. Overall it was good! Some cool puzzles!

This game is very good with the highlight being the immersive in-game hint system. I really like how they continued the theme of the asylum from the first part but you explored a completely new area of the facility that would still make sense of being in an mental facility. The puzzles you do all relate to the idea of Playtime and the interaction with the hint system takes this game to the next level. A must play if you are coming to Vegas.

This room continues the story of Doctors Secret with a more expansive set and more variety of puzzles. However the flow in the room is jagged and many times puzzles were done out of order and were rendered useless. Also some puzzles were a stretch which became frustrating although the hint system in this room is one of the most unique.
