Chapter 1: Occam's Apartment

Phenomenal! Immersive, storyline-driven, and with clear progression. We are two adults and two kids, and this is our new favorite escape room. What we liked most was that it was more than a game; it was an experience. We enjoyed the story and being part of it. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and dedicated to us having a good time. The fact that the game has different endings depending on the choices you make is such a unique feature. We’ll be back for Chapter 2.

We did rooms 1-3 all in one playthrough. The overarching storyline created fun easter eggs and plot continuations in the later rooms. There is a great game within a game section that the whole team had a fun time exploring. We look forward to doing more rooms if we return in the future. The actors/ GMs did a great job throughout the game keeping things flowing and being in character at appropriate moments.

Pretty fun, though some aspects that were kinda freaky. Had some novel puzzles and mechanisms that were fun. Not as much of a fan of the search for pieces thing, so that was probably my least favorite puzzle. Curious about how the subsequent chapters will play out

Our GM Jo was amazing and was so friendly, Even though we were the last group to get in that day, she gave us a fantastic time and made sure we had the best experience! Overall, we loved the puzzles, some of which were totally unique. There are some NPC characters, who were very interesting to interact with. Cant wait to finish the first trilogy!

Off the Couch is World Class. We did all 3 rooms in the same day and played them in order. Simply put, this is an experience you will never forget. Every Room has unique puzzles and elements I’ve never seen before. I’ve done over 115 rooms and counting. The interaction you have with each story creates a world of immersion that is top tier. You can feel the amount of care, passion, and thought that went into building these rooms. These are longer rooms which is worth every moment you are in them. If there is only 1 company that you have an option to do a room in in the Bay Area it is off the couch. Everyone person that I interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. Games masters have an awesome way of communicating based on which room you are doing. Cant wait for the new rooms to open.

Really great game. Great plotting. Interesting puzzles that used different mechanics than I've seen before. Also, our GM/receptionist was a delight.

Genuinely the best escape room I’ve done thus far. The room really did look like an apartment. The hints were given so creatively, they had control of the so many different aspects of the room. The story was definitely interesting as well. I’m personally not someone who enjoys spooky things but I was willing to do the next 2 knowing it was scary because the room was just that good.

This was a fantastic escape room!! We have done a ton of escape rooms and this one flowed extremely well, had an interesting story, fantastic and unique puzzles, and a great atmosphere. Definitely recommend. We did it with a group of 3 experienced players and escaped in 60 minutes. The company gives you 105 minutes but charges by however long it takes you, so we got a discount for escaping sooner. I wouldn’t want to do this room with a giant group, so I would recommend keeping it at four people or fewer. One note, it is slightly scary and there is a moment with a live actor that freaked us out a bit (like, we screamed) but it wasn’t super scary the whole time and we are wimps-I just wouldn’t recommend for children. Also, there are mentions of murder and suicide. Shoutout to our game master, Alex, for being incredibly funny and welcoming.

One of the best rooms I’ve ever done. Tons of out of the box puzzles. Super immersive. Highly recommend.

I have to say that I was surprised to love this one less than others. The first half was fun, but personally I didn’t love the main mechanic of the second half—definitely novel but it was somewhat repetitive and confusing for our group. Staff were friendly and I think the idea of a sequential escape room series is cool.
