How do we deal with these pesky poltergeists? If we can figure out why the ghost is hanging around & fix its problem, then no more ghosts. Think you've got what it takes?

I definitely would recommend the experience. It was immersive. Easy to follow. There were word puns, musical clues, etc. The room itself uses a variety of skill set. Everyone had something to do. We managed to escape a hr and a couple secs without any clues.

I was very impressed with the mix of interesting puzzles, uses of technology, and overall story. Clearly Trivium has put a lot of thought into their room and it shows. The ghost theme was really interesting (and don't worry, it isn't at all scary) and could really extend itself to future rooms should Trivium Games decide to expand their brand. Note for experienced players: although the room goes up to 8 people, if you know what you're doing you could easily cap it at 3-4 people max. I honestly think 8 is way too many for the space unless you're complete newbies, though the room is pretty good about avoiding bottlenecks, so you can theoretically have multiple people working on different puzzles at a time. But if you know what you're doing, err on the side of fewer people.

Love this room and all the unique puzzles that came with it. I do wish we didn't have to pay a flat rate for the entire room because we needed to have 10 folks so the price per person wasn't so high. Since we had many newbies in the room, we had to really work on communication and calling out what we see. There were very few traditional locks or puzzles to work through. If you want an immersive experience with a lot of fun interact-able puzzles, this room is for you!

Amazing tech and spirited (ho ho) game play, this was fun from the moment we arrived. The GM team was equally friendly, making for a cracking experience. This is on my must-play list.

Probably one of the best games Iβve ever played? From start to finish a truly immaculate experience. I felt like Disney created an escape room experience? I donβt know how else to explain because we played at 9am and I havenβt had a coffee yet, but if you were looking for a sign to play this game, THIS IS YOUR SIGN. Ps our GM Bill was acessss! β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ

Unique game mechanics with fantastic use of tech, but some of the puzzles did get a little repetitive and relied less on solving skills than patience. Still one of the best rooms in the Bay Area, though Iβd rate most Palace games higher. We went with a group of 8, but would have been better with 4-6.

Really enjoyed this room! Definitely one of the top rooms in the Bay Area. Very original with a great set and story. Not scary. This is not a room for newbies.

What an incredible game!! It is definitely Top 3 in the Bay Area and would be an interesting debate for #1 next to Attraction and Chaos in the Galleria. This is definitely not a Gen 1 room and is very modern from the story to the props and including game play. Youβll do some very fun modern things! I highly, highly recommend this game.

Itβs a very well-done room. Difficult because itβs long and a couple of puzzles are non-intuitive re. how to get clues. Backstory is very silly. Engineering is great. Not the best room Iβve done, but itβs in the top 5 or so. Highly recommend that you have at least 6 players.
βI was never waiting for the theatrics to end.β
βThe puzzle flow was world class and you'll have a blast!β
βGhost Patrol had it all: a touching narrative, meticulously clever and satisfying puzzles...β
