60 to Escape is located inside a mall, so I was a little nervous about the challenge level of the puzzles but they did not disappoint. They have multiple rooms in this location. We were recommended to do Magic Heist and Cheesie’s Pizza Party. Magic Heist is rated a 7/10 difficulty and I loved how there were puzzles for all the senses here. It is nonlinear and plenty of things to do for 2 people. This could also easily be done with 4 people. We needed a hint because when they told us where to go next, everything else made sense and the flow is just right! Our game master was very sweet. I can’t wait to try their other rooms when we come back!

The gameplay doesn't flow well at all. Our game master was quite rude and kept us waiting for multiple minutes at the end and then shooed us back in the room when we tried leaving. Definitely recommend a large group for this one.
Customer service
The staff that greeted us was nice, however the woman that took us in and out of the room was very rude. She was a little passive aggressive in the way she'd answered questions and she seemed annoyed to doing her job. When we finished the room we had waited a couple minutes and nothing had happened. At all other escape rooms I am used to a game master meeting you in the room within 20-45 seconds, but nobody was coming so we started leaving. As we started leaving our game master grabbed the door and pushed it back (catching me off guard). She then started shooing us back in the room in an annoyed kind of way. Well I am sorry but we had waited 3 minutes and no one was coming so we didn't know what to do!!!

One of the puzzles is REALLY hard to hear. Not sure if intentional but it seemed like it was so hard to hear because of the speaker inside being old.

Very immersive. There were a lot of things to solve. Being in a larger group, this made the experience better for us because each of us could be working on solving a different clue at the same time. The room was more techy and tasky rather than having a large amount of locks and keys. 90/100

Started off super unassuming, but opened up to a super cool room! Fun puzzles, silly nod to the creator of the room, and an even sillier ending. Great room!
