Generally a pretty good game, but kind of forgettable. The set design in the first half is nice, but the game is mostly notable because of its second half, which is a relatively rare environment with some interesting touches that make this theme a little bit hilariously edgy. However, while there was a story, I wish there were more actual story moments surrounding the game, especially with that transition from the first into the second half. Some sort of cutscene or audible interaction with the game's character(s) would go a long way, since the main character does get a lot of personality through just the text and details currently in the room.
As for the gameplay, itโs generally pretty good (with a couple kind of annoying searching puzzles). One thing in particular I liked was how well puzzles were marked to go with a certain lock, with direct imagery always linking the two. One thing in particular I really didnโt like is one object that they intentionally made it seem like was no longer in use but actually was used again later on
It is a pretty good normal escape room, but that really is all that it is. It has a cool theme, but no big standout moments to portray that theme, unlike other games in the area that go big on theatrics. But go into it with those expectations and youโll have a fun time!
Particularly interesting or different
No
I like how they portray the central cartoon charecter in the 2nd half in an unexpected way, I wish there was more though
(Technically thereโs a couple dark aspects but not actually, theyโre just cheeky that they can kind of be traced to some horror tropes)
Physically active
Somewhat
But you may have to walk a bit
