My family of 4 (kids 10 and 12) thought this was a really fun room with some innovative puzzles. We also completed The Lost Expedition at this location two days before, but this was our favorite. Definitely a room that requires teamwork to get it all done.

This was an interesting game, sort of a narrated story with a Siri-like assistant. This was my 59th room (53W-6L) that I played with three other adults with similar statistics. We escaped with 1:18 remaining and no hints? The room was beautifully decorated and everything was in working condition. A room with an assistant is not really the type of room I enjoy, but it was still fun.

The room was well decorated and everything was in working condition.

Customer service

The group before us (in another room) ran 15 minutes over, but the GM kept us informed as to their progress and how it affected our start time.

Story

I didn't care for the siri-like assistant, but that is just my preference and the room was still fun.

I list ten as the minimum age only based on the typical ten year old attention span. If you have a younger enthusiast, certainly include them.

Live actors

No

There was a Siri-like assistant who guided us through the tasks, but she was not in the room with us. We won't play rooms with live actors.

Somewhat

There is the usual kneeling and scurrying around, but nothing strenuous.

Accessibility

I think this room would be difficult for anyone with any common impairments.

A great and immersive room. We did it with two people; I would recommend three players to have some more time to spare (got out but with little time to spare). There are some very minor quality of life improvements that could be made to this room. Highest on my list would be to add a remaining time display somewhere.

This was a very good room. It integrated well and was thoughtful. The puzzles were good and some were unique. We were impressed and enjoyed it more than we expected. There are a lot of parts that we appreciated even more after the room like every room being used multiple times, one puzzle being used 2 different ways and that we could hear each other easily from different rooms. These took a lot of collaboration and we felt that was very easy because of the way the room was set up. Also, there was nothing that we didn’t like or that didn’t make sense. Often a good room can still have something that wasn’t optimal. Great room.

Gameplay

This game flowed very well. In fact, their rooms have some of the best game flow we have played.

Atmosphere

Very good props and one unique one. It was above average on immersion.

Customer service

The GM was very happy and helpful and made the experience more fun. He even jump scared me once and it was pretty funny.

Physically active

Somewhat

There was a fair amount of going back room to room. It utilized all areas multiple times.

The Neighbor was so much fun! The puzzles had us going back and forth in all the rooms, the various lights were awesome. It was super high tech and all the tech worked really well. There are some flashing lights that were listed in the description, which could be problematic for folks with seizures or migraines. The gamemaster, Manny, was fun and engaging. He kept our game moving and we were successful. If we have time before we leave town we will try to do another of their rooms.
