This has been one of my favorite rooms I’ve done! Our GM was wonderful and the business as a whole had excellent customer service. Really wonderful experience for anyone interested in a more intensive room.

This is seriously such a great game! The story continues from another game which I didn’t play but I can only imagine how much that could have added to the experience. The intro video to the puzzles and gameplay to the finale was perfect!

This room was incredible. It is my favorite room I’ve done to date (almost 20 rooms done). The story, the puzzles, the difficulty level… Everything was just top notch. Cannot recommend this room highly enough!

50th room and I am glad I picked this room for it. It was definitely hard. The story was well done, the production value was high. The room was high tech. I am glad there were many puzzles to do. Not many combination locks, which I liked. The room was not linear until you got towards the end. I liked the mood and feeling of the room, definitely got scared unexpectedly at times. No live actors or jump scares. The puzzles required out of the box thinking. There was one thing that was not supposed to be easily opened but it did not affect the flow, but we did wonder how we would have done if we did not accidentally opened it. It felt intense as it should. We gave the game master a good show with our thinking and cursing haha.

The room was immersive in design, well-maintained, had a fun game flow, and a fun, spooky atmosphere. If you’re looking for a truly scary game, maybe find something a bit darker, but if you’re looking for spine-tingling vibes and some very satisfying solves, give the room a try!

Puzzles

The gameplay was great; the room flow felt perfectly geared toward our group of 4 (I wouldn’t recommend bringing much more than that), as we all had things to work on separately before coming back together.

Atmosphere

The set was fantastic. Great balance of tech and practical design, and a really fantastic use of every inch of the space. Nothing felt wasted in there.

Customer service

Our GM Andy was all of the things you could ask for in a GM: kind, prompt, personal, memorable, and they took time to establish rapport with our group. By the end we all had in-jokes together, which was a delightful closer to the night.

Particularly interesting or different

No

I wouldn’t necessarily say there was anything I hadn’t seen before, but the room was put together well enough that I didn’t particularly care.

Story

The story is fun! I won’t go into detail for spoilers’ sake, but it’s a great way to tie the room together.

Difficulty

Medium

I was tempted to write Easy, as my group had half of our time remaining at time of escape, but my group is a handful of escape room veterans so we tend to be able to identify common puzzles pretty quickly. I would say that for experienced groups it’s Easy/Medium, and for newer groups it’s likely Medium/Hard.

Game tech

High tech

There were a lot of disguised high tech components in the room (here’s looking at you, RFID readers), but it was always well-integrated into the props as not to break the immersion. There were a few mechanical moments, which really shone thanks to their tactile nature.

Ideal number of players

4

Like I said, our group of 4 seemed to be the perfect size. 3 would likely fair just as well, but we were able to have our fourth member floating and double checking solves. Any more than 4 and someone will likely be standing around at any given time.

How scary?

Spooky

While the premise is certainly dark and the room itself is creepy, there’s nothing particularly terrifying or threatening in the room itself (no jump scares, live actors, etc). If you can handle spooky atmospheres, you can handle this game!

Minimum age

14

The puzzles are easy enough to reach, but due to the dark themes and potential implication of darker lore, I’d recommend teens and up.

Was anything broken?

No

Live actors

No

Physically active

Somewhat

There is a crawling portion, so at least one person has to be able to navigate a smaller space.

Easy to find location

Yes

The building is well-labeled, and the front doors have giant graphics that make them impossible to miss.

Parking

Easy

It’s in a large shopping center, so parking was abundant both times we’ve gone to this facility.
