In 1923, as the Hollywoodland sign was raised over the hills of Hollywood, the San Fernando Valley was introduced to the Von Wolfhaussen Manor, built hidden amongst the valley’s orange groves, to house and treat patients with various mental illnesses. Dr. Frederick Von Wolfhaussen, a pioneer of mental illness treatment techniques, founded and ran the manor until its closing in 1971. In 2012, Dr. Frederick Von Wolfhaussen, III, the grandson of the late founding father of the manor, reopened the institution’s doors. Through the correspondence of various governmental grants, Dr. Von Wolfhaussen, III resumed treating mentally ill patients with the implementation of the latest and most modern of therapies. Today, the institution has gained a reputation of having the highest cure rates of mental disorders in the world, and there are theories that Dr. Von Wolfhaussen, III, has implemented some questionable techniques in his treatment protocols. Through recent statistical success rates, the institution has become a topic of controversy and has caught the attention of the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). In cooperation with the FBI, the HHS has organized a group of handpicked individuals to examine and audit Dr. Von Wolfhaussen’s institutional practices & techniques. Respectively, this mission has been named Project: 5150.

This is a really special company, you can tell they’re so passionate about what they do. This is my favorite game of theirs- it included the perfect blend of intuitive and analytical puzzles and was so much fun!! I did with one other inexperienced player - he loved it. It was definitely difficult but still doable! The ending was possibly the best I’ve ever experienced- do this room!! 10/10

Project 5150 is an asylum game with a strong start and a strong ending. Some of the effects felt a little strange to me, or like they could have been created a bit differently, but overall good set design and some fun puzzles.

This room was really cool! From the start the finish very trippy experience! This is my 2nd favorite room here! I really loved this room! The thoughts behind detail is amazing!

Super easy. Too much empty space in each room. We got out with 30 minutes to spare.

This is not your average Asylum game. My favorite one to date. Some great tech in this one also. Go check it out.

A room with a strong start and strong ending. Wavers a bit in the middle but overall a nice game. Very lightly toes the line of spooky but might be a killer game if there were more pedal to the metal on the scare factor.
