Gen 2/3 Game It’s the year 1923 and prohibition is in full swing! The powerful mob boss, Maximillian Malone, is making a killing selling his booze at his local joint, The Blind Tiger. You and your mafia gang want in on the action. All you need to do is get your hands on a bottle of Maxie’s Moonshine and you’ll be able to give him a run for his money (soon to be yours). Your lookouts have learned that Maxie and his gang will be out on the town tonight, celebrating their continued success, so it’s the perfect time to strike! You’ll have exactly one hour to get in and find a bottle so you can replicate his recipe. But don’t get caught or you and your crew will be pushing up daisies before the evening’s over! Can you find Maxie’s Moonshine before he returns?

Another fantastic room with lots of detail and complex puzzles. Couple of old fashioned locks and some game mechanics we've seen before but all put together in a great theme and fun to run through. We honestly thought we might not make it but ALLIE to the rescue with some important clues/hints at just the right time to reframe the way we were thinking or have us recheck our steps.
Gameplay
We were able to move from one puzzle easily to the next as we continued to gather information and props needed to solve open questions. Our team was pretty balanced and worked well to offer enough perspectives to keep us moving.
Atmosphere
Lots of detail. Great theming. Kept us running back and forth to make sure all spaces in the room were used.

Story
The first puzzle sort of set the theme and gave background on the characters who could've been in the room. All parts of the room were used and related to the theme or storyline.
Difficulty
Hard
It wasn't necessarily harder to figure out, but there were a lot of steps for some of the solutions and you needed to work together to make the whole thing flow. If one of us got stuck, someone else could probably see a different way through to keep going.

Standard magnetic locks on mystery drawers and cabinets. A couple old fashioned number/alpha padlocks. Appropriate lighting.

At least 4, probably good for 5-6. Large space. Plenty of room to move around.

Dim and dark at times but just for mood. Able to see when needed. A couple cabinets were startlingly loud when opening.

This was a great room, I love the logic game, and there’s a mix of locks and physical puzzles! This would be a good one to start with, and Deja/the team was so great and funny.

Highly recommend. Very strong theme. Just enough puzzles given at once to keep everyone engaged but not too many to be distracted. Room flowed well and puzzles felt fair.
