L'institut Salutem Medicina [Salutem Medicina Institute]

A fantastic game that starts setting a tone early, and it holds throughout. The opening and final sequences were so great, with the middle somewhat dragging out in comparison, although still solid. Be ready for heavy themes, and at times, it will be intense; it won't be for everyone.

Atmosphere is strong with this one, such an amazing job on how they deliver the overall feeling of the room and how they interact with the players. It is GREAT! More on a heavy / spooky side but very involving and good.

This was our final game at this location and was a fun one to end on. Our pacing on this game is what stood out the most for me. There were moments where we were flying through puzzles and building momentum, and other moments where we had to slow down, regroup, and really think things through. It kept the experience engaging the entire time without ever feeling too easy or impossibly stuck.

In my opinion, the weakest of the games I played here. I saw what they were trying to do and appreciated it, but some of the puzzles were time-consuming and on the weaker side. For a larger group (we had 5), also experienced some bottlenecks.

Super creep (good) but very cranky gameplay that did not always work. NEEDS TRIGGER WARNINGS. Game forces you into an immoral choice.

Immersia is a must play location. Salutem Medicina Institute has a very good set, the puzzles were good although we did need a few hints and nudges on the way. The story is definitely always first on your mind, there is no other choice. The final portion was a little clunky for us but we made it work just in the nick of time.
