Bunker 071EscapopolisEscape roomIRLWhat a fun, challenging room. I love that there's three locations inside the room and, to solve all the puzzles, you need to keep going back to the earlier parts to finish something that wasn't possible earlier. Our GM pointed out that we might not hear things opening because they were in other locations but she did a great job pointing out when we missed something in the other location.
The Casino Heist [prev. The Casino Challenge]Captured LV Escape Room - BethlehemEscape roomIRLReally enjoyed the setup and interactive parts. There was one physical challenge which can be a bit annoying for us less-than-nimble older folks and a red herring that really should be covered up. All in all, a great time.
The Candy ShopAmazing Escape Room - MontgomeryvilleEscape roomIRLA number of the magnetic puzzles are showing their age. One door opened before it was supposed to, another didn't open until third attempted.
What Happened In Vegas?EscapopolisEscape roomIRLHot dang, I really enjoyed the "What Happened in Vegas?" room. We've done a ton of escape rooms at this point and I'm always pleasantly surprised when a room has new mechanics I haven't seen before. This room is jam packed with unique ideas and solvable problems. We never felt stuck by something silly -- it was always just putting in the time to solve the problem.
The HeistThe Escape Game - DowntownEscape roomIRLIt's pretty awesome that they offer this physical escape room as a virtual event -- you get an onsite person who acts as your eyes and ears in the room while you direct them on Zoom. The interactive dashboard they provide lets you examine the clues and room via browser.
Da Vinci's OfficeAmazing Escape Room - MontgomeryvilleEscape roomIRLI enjoyed the room with one caveat -- one of the puzzles seemingly violates the "don't move furniture" general rule of escape rooms, in my opinion. We got stuck on it because we were being respectful of the property.
