Flynn's ArcadeBrain Games Escape RoomEscape roomIRLFrom the location of one of my favorite games of all time treasure island comes another home run hit with Flynn’s Arcade. There’s a lot of content to enjoy and each moment of the game left me with a smile on my face. Great work to the team who put this game together, a lot of passion was put into it and it shows. I also can’t stop geeking out about the tech of the arcade machines. They were a perfect integration between the fun of an arcade and the brain power of an escape room. Enough reading go play it already, it’s awesome!
Case '9360Out - Silver LakeEscape roomIRLHad the absolute pleasure of beta testing this game. By far one of the best 60out games I’ve ever played. Thrilling experience from start to finish with a beautiful set and awesome production on a theatrical FX level.
The Mush Room - CLOSEDEscape Room 66 - Los AngelesEscape roomIRLEscape Room 66 has come out with another very charming and fun room! Home made and original puzzles paired with a very cute set which I’ve come to love and expect from this company. On to the game itself, there’s ALOT to do in this one which felt overwhelming for a group of 2 but with personal struggles aside, this room is very good. I would recommend 3 or 4 players for the most equal distribution of mental load. Also shout out to Tuesday for being yet again a wonderful host/owner. Also a big thank you to BEANS the CAT for greeting us when we arrived and letting us grace in your presence!
Starship | Interstellar EscapeWild Goose Escapes - FullertonEscape roomIRLThis…was an awesome room! The first time I’ve seen a room that does an amazing job of being a video game (running off unreal engine!) with interactive and fun puzzles that compliment it. There’s something for everyone to do in this room so I feel like it’s great for a group of 4-6. It also brings a good amount of challenge with a lot of fun stressful moments that lead your team to needing to communicate pretty well. This room definitely overall pushes the boundaries forward in the realm of possibilities for innovation in the industry… if you love video games definitely go play this when you get the chance!
Lab RatHatch EscapesEscape roomIRLFantastic room that has aged incredibly well. If you live in LA, love escape rooms and haven’t done this.. go now! Very intuitive design and nonstop adrenaline leading to a really fun group experience.
Inksidious - CLOSEDEscape Room 66 - Los AngelesEscape roomIRLThis was a very charming gen 1 room with alot of fun and clever puzzles! Very challenging for 2 players but also very adrenaline inducing. The lady who owns the location is incredibly kind and humble which definitely added to the overall experience. This is a room everyone should come play and this location is one to keep your eyes on for the future!
The Smurfs60Out - HHLAEscape roomIRLBeautiful set design but felt a bit empty and confusing when we played on opening
Hope EndThe Ministry Of PeculiaritiesEscape roomIRLThis room is absolutely stellar! A perfect blend of immersive theater and puzzle solving. It’s safe to say of all the rooms i’ve done this is the best experience i’ve ever had in a room. Amazing staff! Everyone working there gave some of the most genuine interactions that blended our personalities with the story being told in a beautiful way. Absolutely go play this room!
The Weeping WitchCross Roads Escape GamesEscape roomIRLBest room at crossroads by far! Perfect mix of fear and puzzle solving and by far some of the best effects i’ve ever seen in an escape room. If you’re a horror fan this is definitely one to play as soon as possible!
HeadcaseBreaking Point Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLFantastic iteration of the Dr Serial killer genre! Very fun puzzles and the set design definitely put you into the story. Great room for a bigger group! Definitely reccomend it!
Atlantis: The Forgotten CityHypnotic Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLThis room is a must play in LA! From the visuals to the set design to the puzzles themselves it was very satisfying to venture through. It started off a bit slow but in a way that peaked curiosity and built anticipation, but once it gets going the adrenaline and excitement doesn’t stop! One of the owners was our GM and we talked to him afterwards and you can really tell by what he said the passion and love that went into the room and their location in general and that alone in my opinion is the cherry on top of an already amazing experience!
Cyberpunk SamuraiMaze Rooms - LAXEscape roomIRLFun experience, the plot felt a bit like a dream that was all over the place but the puzzles made up for it. The set design is very vibrant and a bit comically cringy with some of the tech. I think its worth playing if you just want to solve puzzles in a nice set.

They're ComingMaze Rooms - Culver CityEscape roomIRLVery fun experience! The puzzles were definitely a challenge for two of us to solve so we asked a fair amount of hints to nudge us along but they all made sense once figured out which is great. The transition into the room was also very impressive! I wouldn’t reccomend the room for beginners but if you’re up for a tough challenge and want to feel immersed into a zombie apocalypse this is the room for you!
AvalancheMaze Rooms - Robertson BlvdEscape roomIRLVery tech heavy room with really cool techniques used to pull off immersion. The narrative was all over the place and felt like a fever dream but that’s not to say in a bad way, it was definitely very memorable! We escaped as a duo in 50 minutes, would’ve been a little faster though we spent a bit of time on a puzzle due to our brains not clicking but i think this room is definitely very manageable for a group of 2 and is spacious enough for bigger groups.
Treasure IslandBrain Games Escape RoomEscape roomIRLI’m comming back after months of playing to leave a written review finally. This room will forever be in my top 3 escape rooms of all time! It use to be tiki time at 60out before it was completely redesigned into a literal treasure of a room! When i played it our GM was amazing at immersing us into the experience with his hints and overall personality. Play this room! You’ll love it and all its references and wackiness.
The Nest [Immersive Theatre]Hatch EscapesEscape roomOther This room is one of the most unique and breathtaking experiences i’ve ever had. Went in with high expectations and left in awe. Everything from the set design to the sounds and smells felt so authentic that i genuinely felt immersed in the story. Solid 10/10!
Rapture Bank Heist 2.0 - CLOSEDOperation OutbreakEscape roomIRLGreat room, difficult puzzles that made alot of sense and it had some suprises that made me gasp. Best escape room experience in El Paso hands down!
TombstoneMaze Rooms - West LAEscape roomIRLThis room is the best western room I’ve ever done. Very cool effects and a lot to do in the room with very unique puzzles!
Heretics [prev. Bloody Elbow] - CLOSEDQuest Room - KoreatownEscape roomIRLThis room was more scary than expected, mine had a live actor scare involved which was SHOCKING. I loved the room though, a really disgustingly cool set!
