What Lies BeneathDisomus Escape ProjectEscape roomIRLHonestly this was the best escape room I've ever done, and I've easily done a solid dozen over the years. The ambiance was A+, the whole space was super immersive and really looked like what it supposed to without and suspension of disbelief required. Unlike most escape rooms, they didn't rely on the constant conceit that people randomly decided to leave tricks and puzzles and hidden combinations behind. All the puzzles were designed as if they were just incidentally complicated circumstances and required working out to make them work. I personally love that kind of puzzle, it's SO much more immersive than just some random hidden keycode that is for contrived reasons scattered around the room. The puzzles were clever and original, complicated without being arbitrarily complex. Everything fit together and made sense. I also can't stress enough how good everything looked. Everything looked real, not just like some puzzle nailed to a wall. A+. Very cool.
