Scooby-Doo™ and the Spooky Castle AdventureEscapology - ClackamasEscape roomIRLThis was our first escape room and it was awesome and very immersive! We had a group of four adults. It actually got us addicted to escape rooms! I did six more within a week of completing this one and this one has the most direct flow of any escape room without any hangups or confusing clues. I do feel that even the adult difficulty should be listed as easy though, and not standard. We didn't use hints at all. The clues were very straight forward and the hidden items were fun and fairly easy to find, but really fun to solve. We beat it in under 45 minutes and we all kept busy so no one was just standing around. You will have to venture back and forth so try and remember what's in each room if you want to save some time. This is a great room for a solo challenge or as a group.
7 Deadly SinsEscapology - ClackamasEscape roomIRLThe atmosphere and props were themed and pretty cool. You really get this spooky vibe while playing. The two of us finished it with seconds to spare and only used one hint near the end. It was definitely challenging though, harder than Scooby Doo, Lost City, and Mansion Murder. Hints are unlimited with no penalty, so don't be afraid to hit that button if you get stuck for too long. We did have two puzzles that didn't trigger properly, so if you feel something should have triggered, let the GM know so they can fix it. Two of our friends had done this room previously without any game breaking bugs, so probably just a glitch. The ending to this one was amazing!
