Every person on the staff was incredible and I was able to meet one of the owners. She was awesome. My game master Joseph, who did all my games was really fun to work with. Every single one of their rooms is well thought out and perfectly executed. They all were extremely different from one another. You can tell the amount of thought that went into each room. If you are a first timer, novice, or experience you have to come to surf city escapes. Specter Inspector is probably the most challenging room due to the share amount of puzzles that are there. What’s cool about this room is that they have two different modes so if you come with your kids, they can tone it down which is great. I played it on under their Spooky version and had some really cool jumps.

It felt like you were in a time capsule of rad nostalgia.

If you like wine, then you’ll love this room. If you don’t know much about wine you’ll still love this room because of the fun puzzles. This room has really fun objectives that move the story.

If you are a first timer, novice, or experience you have to come to surf city escapes. Sherlock mystery is a fun game for any level. It’s a whodunit type of game. This room will make you go all over the place to figure out clues, which is very engaging. Another 10/10
WonderlandOver The Moon Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLFun take on Alice in Wonderland. Has some really unique elements. There are a tunnel, locking keys and they sprinkled a little bit of tech puzzles as well. Overall I enjoyed the room. There were a couple of things that didn’t trigger properly. The way you get your clues wasn’t as seamless as I’m used to. Still a great time.
Pinocchio's Curious AdventureOver The Moon Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLThis room was a great time. There was a lot of intricacy in the puzzles with lot of variety of as well. The Set design was top-notch and had a lot of puzzles. A very fun and unique way to do a Pinocchio theme. Highly recommend.
EdelineCloud EscapeEscape roomIRLI would call this in an experience escape room. Extremely immersive, awesome storytelling, different levels of difficulty. The owner David was really accommodating. Highly recommend this room. One of the top games in LA/Orange County.

This was one of three games. I played in one day highly recommend mission escape games. A creative take on a spaceship game. Very immersive and thought out.
Escape the Darkest Hour: Torture ChamberMission Escape GamesEscape roomIRLA very solid scary game. Not too difficult and the puzzles flowed well. There is one puzzle that I think they need to update that has to do with magnets just because I don’t believe it works as good as it should but very creative nonetheless still recommend this game extremely fun.

Simply put, this is an experience you will never forget. Every Room has unique puzzles and elements I’ve never seen before. I’ve done over 115 rooms and counting. The interaction you have with each story creates a world of immersion that is top tier. You can feel the amount of care, passion, and thought that went into building these rooms. These are longer rooms which is worth every moment you are in them. If there is only 1 company that you have an option to do a room in in the Bay Area it is off the couch. Everyone person that I interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. Games masters have an awesome way of communicating based on which room you are doing.

There is plenty to do in both rooms. I say play them back to back. You won’t be disappointed. Brain Games know what they are doing. They will immerse you in the best way that you won’t want to leave the world you are in.

You can tell and see the amount of love they have for escape rooms. The amount of detail that the room has is in rare air. Theming and puzzles were perfect.m, challenging and fun. Thank you again for making it special for me and my son. He loved it as well

Extremely immersive and detailed. Game master was amazing. Highly recorded this room. Want to play it again in a couple of months with someone else just to experience it again
