Their system failed multiple times to read our cards correctly over the phone to book our room 2. Their phone quality was spotty 3. Gamemaster was rude to people in our group sighing and making borderline rude comments 4. One of our group accidentally broke a key. They thought the key was turning in the lock so they kept turning to open it, and it snapped. It wasn’t malicious in anyway. They tried to get a replacement key but couldn’t find one, then kicked us out of the room saying it was their policy and gave an offer to refund us in a week. They treated us like we were purposely doing this, and were rude about it.
