The very first room was unnecessarily dark, and we couldn't see anything even after our eyes "adjusted." Like other escape rooms, we were informed to NOT use any force. And yet our first "puzzle" required force. We were not informed/warned about low ceiling heights and I bumped my head. We tried asking how much time we had and we were ignored. The puzzles were a bit of a stretch at times, with directions being unclear. Overall the theming/decor was cool

The room itself had creepy elements and real things from the zodiac killer. The puzzles made sense and had some creative elements
