Der Uhrmacher [The Watchmaker]AdventureRooms GaPaEscape roomIRLOverall, a good room. The puzzles were innovative and creative, which I really appreciated. We were only two, which made things a bit challenging. There was a lot to discover, and the ideal group size is probably around 4 people. The only thing that slightly bothered me was the number of keypads/combination locks. Not overwhelming, but noticeable. However, the numbers were mostly linked with clever puzzles, so it wasn’t too bad. The decoration could have been a bit more developed, but that’s just a minor detail. One thing they could really change: There was no music, which felt kinda weird. One of the rooms was technically very impressive. All in all: it was a solid experience. 7/10 would recommend.
The Lost Treasure Of Alexander Von HumboldtThe RoomEscape roomIRLOne of a Kind experience. I do not want to say more. Just play it 10/10 must play
Geisterjäger Brandon Darkmoor [Ghosthunter Brandon Darkmoor]The RoomEscape roomIRLThe room was incredible. Atmosphere and story were truly exceptional, and you felt like you were in a Ghostbusters movie. What you should note: In this room, the focus is not on the puzzles (which were quite simple) but on the experience. This is brought to life by incredibly talented actors and special effects. 10/10 Must play.
The Golden PhoenixMiraculumEscape roomIRLThe Golden Phoenix. The best "wizard-themed room" I've played so far. The special effects were incredible, and it really felt like being in a movie. There were a lot of funny and "wow" moments. (The hint system is also insanely immersive and fun.) It must be noted: this room is an experience room. The focus is on immersion, and the puzzles take a back seat. People who are very puzzle-focused players will be disappointed. 10/10 must play for experience focussed players
Go WestThe RoomEscape roomIRLGo West is another great room from "The Room - Berlin". Of the 4 rooms this was my least favorite. But that doesn't mean it's bad! The Room-Berlin sets an incredible standard for escape rooms. Overall, the puzzles good (Medium Difficulty) only the theme didn't particularly impress me (Is definitely a "me" problem though ;P ). It felt more like a meme room than anything else. (Which is good!) There were many great moments, and the hint system in this room is the funniest I've encountered so far. The game masters were really great and accommodating. The introduction was excellent! 9/10 would recommend.
FrankensteinMiraculumEscape roomIRLI LOVED this room. I really liked the setting and the decoration. I felt as if I had been teleported into the book. The puzzles were great and technically impressive. Everything worked perfectly, and the finale was amazing—a real "wow" moment. I would rate the difficulty of the puzzles as "medium." What stands out is the introduction. It was incredibly immersive and well done! Our game master absolutely blew us away, and we were excited from the very first moment. There was only one skill-based puzzle that slightly frustrated us, but it’s being removed and replaced (yay for that!). 10/10 must play.
School of the Burning SoulsCineRoom BambergEscape roomIRLSchool of Burning Souls was definitely an experience. The scenery was fitting, and the room was set up according to the story. The puzzles ranged from very easy to requiring minimal "outside of the box" thinking. The actors were great and played their roles very well, especially as it approached the finale (which was incredibly good!). On the downside, there are slight inconsistencies in the room that could be improved with minor adjustments (especially regarding the hint system). All in all, a great experience. 8/10 would recommend.
Alien GrillIlluminati EscapeEscape roomIRLA real solid escape room! It started pretty easy in the beginning but got exceptionally harder at one point. If you stay well-organized and communicate effectively, it's not a problem though. The story was fine, but the room is definitely puzzle-oriented. It was not lock driven which i appreciated a lot. I personally really liked the decoration and was a big fan of the theme implementation. The Illuminati game masters were very accommodating and friendly. 9/10 must play.
Alice Im Wunderland [Alice In Wonderland]CineRoom BambergEscape roomIRLAlice in Wonderland. A great all-rounder room. The puzzles were well thought out and fit the theme, though they were fairly easy. The room is definitely a great experience for younger guests as well. The decorations were fantastic (especially the last room). A small highlight for our group was the beginning (but I won't say more about that). All in all, a solid room. 8/10 would definitely recommend.
Beast Of BerlinThe RoomEscape roomIRL"Beast of Berlin" tells the story of a murderer, and we, as players, need to catch him. It's a concept that has been used in many escape rooms before, but "The Room" has absolutely convinced me. The puzzles were difficult (in my opinion, the hardest room from "The Room - Berlin"), and I loved them. There were so many moments of "Wait, does that really work?" or "Haha, it was really back there!" The room was extremely satisfying, though challenging. The sound design stood out positively to me, I was really afraid at one point (even though the room had no actors!). This effect was achieved through perfect lighting, sound, and object placement, and I am thrilled. The game masters were, as always, fantastic! 10/10 must play.
Death LiveEscapeWorld Stuttgart in FellbachEscape roomIRLDeath Live is an extremely unique room, and I haven't played anything like it since (34 rooms at the time of this review). Essentially, it consists of a room with mini-games that are time-limited (pure stress but super fun!). The mini-games were all well thought out and very enjoyable. This is further complemented by the fact that it is also a battle room, which fits perfectly for this setup. We had so much fun and were so pleasantly surprised! 10/10 must play for the unique experience.
Blutrausch [Bloodlust]Escape Room RosenheimEscape roomIRL"Blutrausch" (Bloodlust) was one of my first rooms, and I still find it great. I greatly appreciate that it is non-linear. The decoration is excellent, I really enjoy the puzzles, and the music is well-chosen. Another solid room from Escape Room Rosenheim! I would rate the difficulty as "medium" for experienced players and "hard" for beginners. We had a lot of fun in the room and will always remember it as a great experience. One of the strongest Rooms of Escape Room Rosenheim 8.5/10. Would Recommend
Madhouse (Infection)Escape Room RosenheimEscape roomIRLI really, really want to absolutely love this room, but there were some things I did not like. The rooms are extremely small. I would not recommend more than 4 people, maybe even just 3. Even with 4 people, it is going to be a tight fit. There is also one puzzle that takes a very long time and is somewhat frustrating. However, the decor was excellent and really conveyed the atmosphere well. I would rate the puzzles overall as medium to difficult. Even though there were a few things I didn't like, I would still recommend it. 6.5/10. Would recommend.
Die Zauberschule [The Magic School]Escape Room RosenheimEscape roomIRLDie Zauberschule (The Magic-School) is a good all-rounder room. Good puzzles (rather on the easier side), good decoration, good sound design. The game masters were fantastic. Overall, a well-rounded good room. 8/10 would recommend.
Artefakt [Artifact]Escape Room RosenheimEscape roomIRLI would describe Artifakt as a great escape room classic. It offers a nice experience but doesn’t stand out as exceptional. The puzzles range from easy to medium in difficulty. The game master was friendly, and the hints were not too direct, which is always appreciated. 6.5/10 would recommend.
Seven Hills AsylumCineRoom BambergEscape roomIRLI really like this room. The Puzzles were creative and innovative but simple at the same time. No crazy technology or something like that just a dedicated Gamemaster and good atmosphere. I think THIS should be the measuring scale for "normal" escape rooms. Just a good room, with good decorations and music. And a Gamemaster who also likes to have some fun. There were actually some great Jumpscares thanks to them! I really love it since it checks all the boxes. It is nothing crazy like other rooms, but well rounded. Overall: 7.5/10
Viola´s GhostEscapeWorld Stuttgart in FellbachEscape roomIRLOverall, I would rate the room as "okay." It doesn't reinvent the wheel with its puzzles but is solid. There were a few logical issues with one of the puzzles at the end, but nothing too severe. The highlight of the room is definitely the cutscenes. Though I won't say more about them ;) . The game master was okay, although the hints were a bit too direct for my taste. Overall, 6/10.
The Elevator - CLOSEDMiraculumEscape roomIRLThe Elevator: An escape room in an extremely confined space, but it delivers exactly what it promises. A definite highlight was the game masters who put a lot of effort into the introduction. Overall, the puzzles ranged from simple to complex, covering a good variety. I think the 45-minute time limit is perfect. 8/10 would recommend; it met expectations perfectly.
Der Schlüsselmacher [The Key Maker]ExitGames StuttgartEscape roomIRLI enjoyed the room. I found the theme very interesting and definitely something different. When playing the room, there are definitely some laugh-out-loud moments. The age rating is absolutely justified – no minors! The puzzles were good and all very fitting to the room's theme. I would rate the difficulty as medium for experienced players and hard for beginners, but everything is doable. Our gamemaster was also great, and we were very warmly welcomed! 6.5/10 – would recommend.
Der Stein Der WeisenBlack Fox WorldEscape roomIRLThousands of "Do not Touch" Stickers. That annoyed me to no end and kinda ruined the experience. They are making all of their Rooms from Scratch -> Bonus points for that. The Puzzles were on the easy side, but that is okay. Just ...the stickers.... I really wanna give the Room a better score but in the end i have to say 3/10 Do not Recommend
