We did a couple puzzles twice due to nothing happening and come to find out they were done the right way just the doors didn't make a popping sound when they opened or moved. Therefore we thought we had the puzzles wrong. If we needed a hint the clues came across the screen which didn't bother us, but if we had a question of some sort the game master didn't talk to us. For example we had to use a certain light but the light didn't work. And there was no way to communicate with the game master. I would give the rating a 2/10. We already have another game booked when we booked this one. So hopefully the 2nd game will be better
