The experience started the moment we walked in the doors. The set design 10/10 hands down. The puzzles flowed effortlessly. This experience was one of our favorites out of 300. Itās great for beginners or experienced players. The owners are as sweet as the candy the witches wanted to plum us up with. Cant wait to visit again when the new rooms open!
Kingdom Of Cat-tastrophyOmescape - SunnyvaleEscape roomIRLThis was a unique room. Weāve done multiple rooms at both locations and this fell right in the middle for me. Omescape is top tier for set design. Sometimes the puzzles really make my brain work extra hard compared to other companies, it sometimes seems like a jump to get to the answer. This room was great for my husband and I. We both were busy the entire time and got to work together so neither missed what the other was working on. We got out in 72 minutes with 1 hint.
Wizard's Treasure60Out - HollywoodEscape roomIRLThis room was so fun and the set was so immersive! Such an incredibly cute room! This is the type of place where you *can* split up but itās fun to stay together so everyone gets to take it all in. Our game host, Alex, was so welcoming and friendly to top things off. We immediately booked a second room to do right after due to how great our experience was!
Da Vinci's Secret60Out - HollywoodEscape roomIRLAnother fantastic room! Our game master Becca was phenomenal, the game was VERY linear which they did let us know ahead of time. We have a very experienced group of 4, we felt like the room was too linear for us personally but smaller or groups with less experience who need to work together more would probably enjoy this room! The puzzles were fantastic, but again let 2 of us kinda wandering around while the other 2 worked on puzzles. Amazing set and staff nonetheless!

We *personally* felt like it should have an easy rating vs medium. Itās a bummer to spend this much $$ and not get as much time doing puzzles as you would have wanted. Like I said we really did enjoy this room, but we look for rooms with a higher challenge so we donāt get out as fast. We love clockwise and all of their rooms at all locations, would recommend to beginners or any experienced players who are okay with a 30-45 minute game.

Weāve been hearing about this room for years and finally planned it out in advance so we can do it ( they are always so booked we can never do a last minute booking here, I get why!) This room definitely lived up to the Hype! Iām typically a lover of old school lock and key rooms, but I had so much fun in this room I didnāt even notice there wasnāt any until my sister mentioned it later in the night after doing the room. We went with a group of 7. 2 have done 150+ rooms, 2 around 50, 2 people this was there first room, and 1 doing around 6. It was a great experience for everyone regardless of experience. We all left talking about how dope this place was. If you have the chance, take it and go patrol some ghosts! š»
The HeistThe Escape Game - San FranciscoEscape roomIRLIt was a fun room. If you are an enthusiast youāve done many heist rooms. This one is nice just like all the others haha. My husband and I did it to finish out all the rooms at the Bay Area locations. The staff is always so amazing and the rooms are always well decorated and immersive. We thought 2 was a perfect size for us having done 100+ rooms. Those newer to escape rooms can do it comfortable with 4
Poe's LegacyExitus : Salem Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLThis room was interesting. My husband and I felt like there was no flow whatsoever, it was just a guessing game of where to go next. We did get out but found out we did things out of order, even missed a few things, and found answers to puzzles way before we should have. Weāve both done nearly 150+ rooms and just couldnāt find our groove in this room. My husband was so confused on how we made it out, without doing certain puzzles and using items that he couldnāt stop thinking about it for the following hour š Overall we still had a good time, the game master was sweet. Just would have liked for it to flow a bit more cohesively.

The game master was fun, the room flowed well, and unlike some others we enjoy lock and key puzzles. We find excitement in that turn the key moment. We had a great experience and canāt wait to come back and finish the other rooms!
The Butcherās Torture ChamberExit Strategy GamesEscape roomIRLMy and my group ( collectively over 300 games) did not enjoy this room. The game masters were nice before the game, but we got very frustrated and nearly left during the game with the āhintsā they were giving us. They were not hints but telling us to do the puzzles we were already working onā¦. We are aware we need to do the puzzles, we needed a hint for the puzzle. This happened anytime we asked for help, this game being the most weāve ever used the clue button because we werenāt being given clues. The game flow was weird and the whole vibe seemed off after being yelled at for touching something we werenāt supposed to (even tho itās not blocked off our guarded in any way shape or form.). We did get out but all left really frustrated and unhappy with our decision to play this game.

We did have to ask for help once or twice and the clues given were easy and direct which we like. The staff was amazing and cheerful and made us laugh and feel welcomed!
