This room had a fun layout and Design. It is more cinematic, with fully immersive puzzles and zero traditional locks. You can tell a lot of creativity went into the design, and the gameplay was engaging from start to finish. However, there were a few times when we were confused at what we should be doing. It didnt run smoothly like some others. We did a couple rooms here back to back. Unfortunately, the customer service was the complete opposite. Not a single staff member seemed like they enjoyed being there. Everyone was very dry, unenthusiastic, and made the pre- and post-game experience feel flat. It’s disappointing when such a high-quality escape room is paired with such lackluster service. Great rooms, but the customer service really needs improvement.
