Great start with everyone in different rooms yet needing to work inter-dependently. Awesome set design with clever puzzles. Really felt the mood. The puzzles were far removed from the standard locked drawers elements.

We had our nine-year-old son with us on this one, and it was absolutely perfect. We're not Harry Potter fans, but I would imagine that those who are would appreciate the room even more than we did. Puzzles were good and definitely involving of all three of us. The room definitely took us places that other escape rooms don't. It really made the use of its space (if you've done the room, you'll get the comment). Part two was crazy fun and you'll be hard-pressed to find a room with better props and ambience than this one.

Loved that we started out separated yet had to work together. Large number of puzzles to complete--plenty to do for two people. Puzzles had variety and I would describe the room as semi-linear? The GMs were super friendly and had a great discussion afterward about escape rooms in general. Totally recommend this for escape room intermediates.

The first half was a bit scattered and didn't seem tightly woven. Unsure where to begin and a bit uneven. The second half though....wow! Really impressive set design AND puzzles for part two.
The Initiation

This room kicked our asses. Lots of puzzles that really required some agile thinking, much more demanding and different than we've seen elsewhere. We messed up on one particular puzzle and couldn't get past it--totally careless mistake on our part. As others have said, the GM was fantastic, although we can't remember her name! She helped us out when we asked. The second half was a bit unnerving but not so much scary as unsettling. This seems like a really good challenge for experienced players.

Good room to do with young kids (our 9 year-old enjoyed it). Some innovative puzzles that we've not seen elsewhere. One of the puzzles seemed like it needed some touching up for clarity; otherwise, a good batch of challenges. We solved it, but needed extra time and some hints (I marked a no escape because of this).
