Slaughterhouse: The Final Cut - Closing Oct 4SCarowindsHauntMaze2025 Scarowinds experience was very disappointing. It was lightly drizzling rain, just a mist, and so there weren’t scare actors out and about. We spent the entire night in line for the conjuring experience, and most other attractions were closed by the time we finished. With the conjuring being an additional expense and being a timed experience there’s no excuse for not better managing the lines so that people don’t have to physically wait in line for 2+ hours. We wouldn’t have paid for fast pass if we’d known we’d be spending the entire night in line for the conjuring. The conjuring experience itself was very fun, but being stuck like cattle in that line put such a bad impression on Scarowinds that I’m not likely to go again.

Only complaint would be that it was a shorter experience BUT they were awesome enough to let us go through more than once. I would absolutely make the drive down to see whatever this team does next so I hope they eventually return to producing haunts.
