Escape From AlcatrazHoudini's GloucesterEscape roomIRLHost was friendly and just the right amount of helpful with time checks etc. Nothing in the room was broken, though an early statement by him was a bit of a misdirection! We were granted this one for free after having an awful session previously in the Hexmore room, this one was much much better.
Hexmore School Of Witchcraft & WizardryHoudini's GloucesterEscape roomIRLBroken torch, room not correctly reset, broken candles, broken & malfunctioning picture frames (two out of three), broken drawer knobs found on floor (turns out the drawers aren't meant to open anyway!), a puzzle solution that didn't match the clues given, and a staff member with zero charisma who you couldn't hear over the background noise. Downstairs was filthy, covered in rubbish, noisy, the staff were ill-informed and not helpful, and they only put puzza topping in the middle of the pizza and make you share 1 between 2 if you've booked an 'escape room plus pizza' deal
