It was surprisingly easy for our group of some experienced and some young players - personally, if you have any experience with (minor spoilers) Morse Code, hidden clues, or murder mysteries, it should be pretty simple. The last puzzle takes up most of the room, and might not be for people looking for traditional escape room puzzles, but our group had a lot of fun! Escapology in general is a great environment with helpful gamemasters.
