It was refreshing to see so many unique elements that I haven't seen in any of the other rooms I've done. I can't get too specific without spoilers, but the personalization of the room was so exciting and made for a really cool and memorable experience. One really awesome feature that isn't a spoiler (since it's listed on the company's website) is that the lobby has a beer and wine bar from which you can select drinks to have hidden inside of several of the rooms, including Blackout! This is something I have never heard of being offered at other escape rooms and it made our room that much more exciting. Our Game Master, Mitchell, was awesome and really made the experience immersive. He was very friendly, entertaining, and good-humored from start to finish. Since we were the last group of the evening and signed up online pretty last-minute, I'm sure he was ready to get home, but he sure didn't make us feel this way. He didn't rush through anything, was fully engaged in our questions and comments, and even took the time to make conversation with us after we escaped. It very apparent that this locally-owned and operated escape room has a staff that truly cares about their craft and is dedicated to the industry. I'm excited to come back and try the other rooms they have to offer and would urge anyone looking for a compelling and immersive escape room to pay them a visit!

My family and I did Mutiny for my birthday and it was an absolute blast! My mom and stepdad were first-timers, while my boyfriend and I had done 12 rooms prior and this was a great room for all of us with the perfect amount of difficulty and a ton of fun elements. The layout and attention to detail were very impressive...this room truly made you feel like you were on a pirate ship. Everything in the room from the decor to the puzzles fit right into the pirate theme, especially the fact that the clues are given by a talking parrot inside the room! Our Game Master, Rachel, was very thorough in her explanations in the beginning since she knew there were first-timers in my group, and she gave great, relevant clues to help us along the way. I would highly recommend this room for a group of any experience level. Escape Plan really nailed it with this one!
