A Pirate's CurseEscapology - RaleighEscape roomIRLFun room! Interesting approaches to puzzles that were fun and fresh. Good theming! I think one part of the room was challenged by the smaller room size and prop placement but all in all a very good experience
The DepthsThe Escape Game - ConcordEscape roomIRLThis is my second time doing a virtual experience through the escape game. Really great approach to how they do their rooms for teambuilding exercises. This room had a lot of novel approaches to puzzles and really clever design.
Scooby-Doo™ and the Spooky Castle AdventureEscapology - RaleighEscape roomIRLReally really loved this room! Scooby-Doo is a brilliant theme for an escape room. The staff was phenomenal and there are enough puzzles that groups of any size can ensure each person can contribute to the game!
Starship - MissionEscape on PurposeEscape roomIRLI’ve done all the other rooms for this company and really enjoyed them, but this one was a disappointment. The solve was very linear, some of the puzzle solutions weren’t intuitive or the input methods were unclear, some parts just didn’t work. For the newest room in the company it felt like someone’s first attempt at an escape room. And there were no puzzle locks, just touch screens to solve on and input the right sequence of button pushing, which felt very samey.
