Everyone had puzzles that they could work themselves. Everyone had puzzles they needed help from someone else with. The whole group was engaged and had a blast! The plot transitions in the room were dramatic and exciting. Some physical locks, many electronic mechanisms as well. One mechanism confused us for a bit - we knew what we were trying to do and thought we had done it. We couldn't actually see though and it took us a minute to figure out why that action hadn't completed. Every mechanism did work though with no help needed and it only took us a minute to figure out how we had missed.

We found ourselves with many puzzles in parallel and had to figure out what pieces went together. The room decoration gave a lot to take in and just because you see a symbol doesn't mean it's a part of a puzzle, let alone the one you're working on. As a family of four, with a 9-yr old, everyone had something to participate in. Staff quality can really boost (or lower) an escape room experience. We really enjoyed our host and had a great time. We also love that it's not a big chain, but a small company with two locations. Can't wait to return!
