The Buried ProphecyQuest Tavern - UplandEscape roomIRLA core part of this game is lifted from the KV62 from Locked Adventure with a new starting room and final puzzles. Unfortunately, we managed to solve a major puzzle (1/24 chance) by accident at the beginning and missed a major game mechanics. Also, there is a lot left to be desired for the game’s final puzzles. Spoke with the owners about it and they’ll be doing some upgrades. Still a worthy room to play if you never played the original. And if you have played the original, definitely wait till all the improvements are done.

The Marauder’s Map guide system is on-theme and kept us on track. Set design was beautiful and “room transitions” were very memorable. Highly recommended.

Got a couple puzzles/props I’ve not seen before. Even the clue system was whimsical! I’d recommend it for 2 strong players or 3-4 regular players. The space is too small for more than that.

The room feels unfinished (especially the exit), its puzzles were incoherent, and it’s a barely double room experience. Compare to the Outside In, Pirates of Mediterranean, or even Yakuza Escape the Serpent (the room it replaced), it feels haphazardly put together.

Unfortunately, it’s my least favorite here because we got seriously stumped on two puzzles that we couldn’t make sense of, so it got a bit frustrating. I’d still recommend this room as it’s still a great fun. It also had a theatrical ending that was pretty cool! Pro tip for enthusiasts, ask the GM to not offer hint unless asked as he tend to be “overly helpful”.

We flew through it in under 40 minutes and it really left us wishing for more puzzles because how fun it was. Also had a spectacularly theatrical ending that was pretty cool! Has a couple fun surprises, a really dark storyline, great atmosphere, and several seriously nice jump scare scenes. We were on track to be the record team until we got stuck on a logic puzzle at the end 😭 Also the audio cues near the end were very low and we were a bit confused on what to do until the GM nudged us. This is probably the best room on location, I’d recommend this over the other rooms if you come to cloud escape, assuming you’re OK with horror theme.
AloneCloud EscapeEscape roomIRLNot your traditional puzzle-solving escape room. You‘d follow audio cues, perform some tasks/puzzles, then rinse and repeat. It’s one of their earlier built. It’s a single room game but does not feel like one with the creative use of the space and technology. While it has a really cool twisty storyline, the audio system was not very good so it was hard to follow along. Couple of puzzles did not make sense so that distracted from the gameplay a bit. Overall, I still recommend the game, but be prepared to be quiet and use all of your attention to follow along.

It’ll be too easy for enthusiasts so definitely it’s not for puzzle fiends. Did I mention it’s cat themed? That’s an auto <3 in my books.
Starship | Interstellar EscapeWild Goose Escapes - FullertonEscape roomIRLIt’s a beautiful set with great attention to design details and an impressive use of a small space. Caveat is that this is not a “traditional escape room” with heavy puzzle solving. But rather it’s a “story-driven augmented-reality task-game with some puzzle elements”. Go in with an open mind and you’ll have fun.

Probably the closest one to a square-office-escape they have. All the puzzles are loosely to theme but it is VERY PUZZLE HEAVY and can be scaled to the size or speed of the team. We managed to finish the “impossible mode” (finishing all the puzzles with 2 players).
