    One of the best rooms we’ve done. Incredibly immersive and the sets were amazing. Very fun gameplay and puzzles were fun and intuitive.

    The appeal of this room is all about the scooby doo theming of course. It made for a very fun experience with friends! Besides the theming, the room itself was on the easy side to complete. All of the puzzles were linear for the most part and everything flowed really well. There were some unique ones in there that I really enjoyed!

    This room was in beta testing when we experienced it so I don’t want to judge it too harshly. First, I’ll say that the theming was great. I absolutely love spooky rooms and this one was beautiful and the theming was on point. That being said, it was incredibly dark which made some clues a bit hard to find. My biggest critique though was the puzzle flow was very convoluted. We managed to escape but that was with quite a bit of hints, which we try not to take normally. It felt like there was no other choice at times as we wasted a lot of time trying to figure out what to do next. Overall, we still enjoyed ourselves, and if the kinks are worked out this could be a great room in the future.

    Very well themed room, eerie feel to match the story. The puzzles were just the right level of challenging and flowed well. Some of the effects did not work for us but it did not detract from our experience. The only con would be that you could hear the people in the next room over very loudly. But other than that our group of four had fun and managed to escape.

    Gameplay

    It was novel in the sense of the use of the scooby doo IP. All the puzzles made really good use of that, which made for a very fun “who dunnit”. Game flowed really well.
