La lettre d’EinsteinLe PassageEscape roomIRLvery classic escape room with good puzzles and variety. a bit of busy work. guessed things and got lucky a few times. cool surprise near the end!
Le Magicien De Paris [The Magician Of Paris]Deep InsideEscape roomIRLVery immersive but simple/straightforward puzzles. I get scared pretty easily and this was VERY SCARY for me!!
Curse of the PharaohEscape Hunt - OxfordEscape roomIRL13 self contained, simple puzzles. nothing innovative about the solves. so trite it felt silly and unrealistic
PlaygroundThe Escape Game - NYC MidtownEscape roomIRLThe concept of mini-tasks summing to the overall task was cool and definitely designed for a larger group. Some of the puzzles had the same type of solution which felt like kind of a cop-out.
Gold RushThe Escape Game - AustinEscape roomIRLSick set design, good and plentiful variety of puzzles
The DepthsThe Escape Game - NYC MidtownEscape roomIRLGood flow, no shortage of interesting puzzles. Maybe my fav from this company
Timeliner: Train Through TimeThe Escape Game - NYC MidtownEscape roomIRLStraightforward and easy, probably a good introduction to escape rooms. The storyline could use some work.
Cosmic CrisisThe Escape Game - BrooklynEscape roomIRLOnce you figured out what you had to do and it was just a matter of doing it, the tasks took frustratingly long. Too much manual labor, not enough creative problem solving
Special Ops: Mysterious MarketThe Escape Game - NYC MidtownEscape roomIRLThis one had some puzzle types I’d never seen before!
The HeistThe Escape Game - AustinEscape roomIRLTheir difficulty rating of 8/10 is probably too high, I found this game to be the easiest of all The Escape Game rooms
L'Examen Final [The Final Exam]Sauve Qui Peut - Saint-JeanEscape roomIRLI don’t consider myself to have claustrophobia but this game sure made me reconsider that. Awful set design
La Colère de Poséidon [The Wrath of Poseidon]Sauve Qui Peut - Saint-JeanEscape roomIRLYou actually have to listen to the video for this one lol. Hopefully one of you knows French!
