Prison BreakThe Escape Game - MiamiEscape roomIRLWhile the set design was very cool and there were some cool ideas, the puzzles were not very intuitive. As a pair who have done over 60 rooms, this one was one of our very few failures. We had to ask for a lot of hints (we usually ask for 1-2 per game). Clearly others did well on this one, but a lot of it was not clear to us.
Locke’s PortalBazada GamesEscape roomIRLOverall great set design but was not a fan of the puzzles. It was a lot of counting and not very unique. Aside from that issue, there were other good elements and we believe in supporting small family run businesses so we will be back.
Curse of OsirisLara's Labyrinth - WethersfieldEscape roomIRLShorter than we would have liked but definitely great set design.
Dino LabEscape Room LancasterEscape roomIRLMy fiancé and I have played 50+ rooms and I hardly ever leave feeling negatively about a room. For this one, I felt like every time we thought we were moving forward, we would get stuck on the next puzzle because there wasn’t clear direction. A couple puzzles I was like “how were we supposed to know that?” It ended up being a lot of computer stuff and less hands on puzzles. It’s also not a room where you and your partner(s) can be split up doing different things because most of the time it’s linear with one task at a time. Good idea for a room but could have been executed better.
