The PyramidEscape Room LAEscape roomIRLLoved the atmosphere here. Rarely see a Mayan themed escape room. Sadly, the room is in a state of disrepair. We experienced a few malfunctions that our GM had to trigger or fix. There’s no screen in the room, instead your GM stands in the room with you to give hints if needed. It’s a really weird thing especially since our GM was resetting the room behind us as we went through the room. His hints were also really hard to understand. We made it to the final room before we encountered another malfunction that caused us to be unable to get out. Overall, fun theme with some cool effects but the staff are clearly understaffed and the room needs some TLC.
