We had an absolutely fantastic time at this attraction with our group of five—three adults and two kids (ages 11 and 14). The experience took us about 78 minutes, and every moment was filled with excitement and teamwork. What stood out most was how each of us, regardless of age, felt genuinely involved in solving the puzzles. It was the perfect blend of challenge and fun. The sound effects, lighting, and mechanical puzzles were all perfectly synchronized to enhance the atmosphere. We also loved the setting—located in the historic old stock exchange building, which gave the whole experience a unique character and charm. After reading glowing reviews before our visit, we’re happy to say it completely lived up to the hype. We highly recommend this attraction to anyone visiting Amsterdam—it’s a must-do for puzzle lovers, families, or anyone looking for a high-quality immersive adventure. The hint system was cleverly designed—a small, unobtrusive box that gave just the right nudge without giving too much away. The interactive AI robot-like device added a futuristic, immersive twist, and the production quality throughout was top-notch.

One of my favorites! We had nine people, including some who were twelve years old, so it was chaotic but enjoyable! There were five adults and four kids! The production was detailed, and the themes and the introduction were well-crafted. It’s unfortunate that it’s no longer available. I would definitely do it again! We had an incredible time in this massive escape room! The intricate and immersive design, coupled with the immersive sound effects and music, made the experience truly captivating. The friendly game masters added to the excitement, and despite our group of seven experienced players, we faced challenges that kept us on our toes and made the escape feel exhilarating. But we emerged victorious, basking in the sense of accomplishment that made every moment worth it. We laughed, bonded, and worked together, all while having a hilarious time with the sheer number of people in the room. Before entering the escape rooms, there’s a lounge where you can bring donuts if you plan to explore multiple rooms. Def my fave one on the valley thus far !

Overall Review: The Architect is a must-play for escape room enthusiasts visiting Amsterdam, especially if you’re a fan of historical themes and clever puzzles. It’s a beautifully designed classic escape room that proves why Sherlocked is considered one of the best in the world. While it’s not as high-tech as some newer rooms, the craftsmanship, flow, and immersive setting more than make up for it. After playing The Alchemist and The Architect, we’re already planning to try every room Sherlocked has. Highly recommend!

I absolutely adored this high-production-quality Ghostbusters theme game. It was incredibly awesome! I was a huge fan of the movie, and I loved the way it flowed. Everything was set up so high-tech and mechanical, and I could tell that a lot of time and effort had gone into making this game. The only thing I found a bit annoying was the iPad-like ending, which was tricky but definitely doable. It would probably be easier to do with three people, but we managed to do it with two because both of us are really into these types of games. I loved all the music and the voices, and it definitely felt like an experience of high quality.

It was just the two of us, and we’re an excellent team. We managed to get out earlier than ever before, even though we were on today. It was incredibly fun, and I absolutely love the puzzles. There were some truly unique puzzles in there, with not too many locks. I also really love the decor and the atmosphere. It’s highly recommended for both experienced and non-experienced puzzle solvers.
