I’ve done a lot of escape rooms, and this one is easily one of my favorites. The atmosphere is incredibly immersive and really sets it apart from most rooms. The difficulty was a perfect medium, with lots of longer, satisfying puzzles and only one or two that were truly challenging. Our game master, Brenna, was the best we’ve ever had—we’ve had her twice and she is amazing. Without giving too much away, the live-actor element is done in a super creative and unexpected way that makes the experience feel truly unique. There’s also a physically active part that was SO cool, especially for kids. An unforgettable escape room experience!

This escape was insane. Our GM Brenna was incredible and the puzzles were very interactive. Would definitely recommend to people who have done a escape rooms before or if it’s first time.

I firmly believe that great game masters are the most important element of every escape room. I’ve played plenty of rooms that left me impressed with technology, with puzzles, with decorations, all of the above. Quest Room definitely delivered on all of these with ease. But that’s not why I’m coming back. What made me decide I was willing to pay for a future game was the phenomenal customer service. Now, I should be very clear, I’m sure that since there were no other games taking place at the time we were able to receive extra care and build a better connection, and that’s not guaranteed to happen every time. Disclaimer aside, Robbie and Lily knocked it out of the park. Both of them were so charming and personable and made us feel welcomed, like they were genuinely excited to be joining us on our adventure. They made sure our game ran smoothly, giving us playful nudges in the right direction when we were missing something right in front of us. Even the guys I spoke with on the phone before booking and after playing, Chad and Chris, were so pleasant and helpful. The room was seriously amazing, but it was the people who really won me over. Looking forward to coming back again soon. Again, shout out for Robbie and Lily. Thanks for taking the time and effort to elevate this already amazing experience well beyond what I expected.

This game has something to do for everyone that is playing. It is good for those who want a challenge.

I loved this room!!! It was so much fun, and there was SO much to do!! We had 3 people and it was the perfect amount.

Warlocked was so much fun, great for all ages. The characters and plot was very engaging. If you are in the area, I would definitely recommend doing this one either if it’s your first one or if you’re experienced. Mia also made the escape room exciting and fun!

Really cute room!!! Loved all the magical games in the room. High production room! :)

Environmental scene was well done, puzzles were pretty well to divide and conquer. Chris-py did a great job acting and GMing. It was entertaining and had good flow. Some mechanisms were a little janky, but made good use of taking in the allotted time to do all optional objectives.

This is one of my favorite experiences at this location. It was much more enjoyable and less stressful. The effects in the environment were beautifully crafted, making us feel like we were in these magical places. The music and sound effects were well-integrated, and many of the little details were simply adorable. We didn’t complete all the puzzles, but we still managed to escape. It was an encouraging experience that motivated us to return and complete all the puzzles. Our game master, Chris, was truly exceptional. We appreciate his energy and dedication to the art.
