The puzzles are nice but the main focus is on the overall adventure, there were some really surprising moments that made this a standout best.
The InheritanceEscape Experience - RiverfrontEscape roomIRLVery solid game in terms of puzzles, they all flowed nicely, made complete sense, and did not require large leaps in logic, which can be hard to find in some escape rooms. The decor is exactly what you would expect, a pretty standard office/study theme, but is nicely put together. A very good room if you want an experience more focused on puzzles rather than theming!
Runaway TrainEscape Experience - Choo ChooEscape roomIRLThis company has great rooms, but this is not one of them. I would highly advise against playing this specific room, it unfortunately was leagues below the others. Many features of the room were broken. There were multiple screens that did not work, a broken lock we were warned about, a puzzle we were told to skip due to it being broken, doors that either did not open when they were supposed to or were not locked in the first place. Some of the notes that had essential information had very worn-down text that had almost completely been erased and was very hard to read. Some of the locks also had the numbers completely worn off. There was also a lock we never opened and another puzzle that was skipped but never explained. Even if everything was working, the puzzles themselves were pretty bland and felt more like enrichment time. There were many bulky wooden objects that needed to be moved to progress. None of the heavy wooden bulky objects were easy to grip (very smooth and flat) and I got multiple splinters from doing so :( It being in a real train had no positive effect on the experience. The rooms were very bland/empty (no decor at all besides the puzzles themselves) and didn’t even have real windows, making the location not matter. There were also unfortunately no references or information (as far as I know) about the Chattanooga Choo Choo’s actual history. Again, this company has other rooms that are much better and I would recommend, this room is just sadly a standout at the bottom.
