Bikers' RevengeEncrypted Escape - Bethesda [prev. Escape Quest]Escape roomIRLOk. This is the escape room I have done in quite some time. The Architect is a cool addition and he personalized the rooms (we did two) with puns from my last name. The soundtrack for the room was great, it went with the have and enhanced the atmosphere. The clues flowed decently even though we did need some hints. There were only two of us and this is a longer than normal game. The Architect was nice enough to give us an extra 5 minutes to finish the room. I’m looking forward to their next game.
SupervillainsThe Great Escape Room - Arlington [prev. Escape Room Arlington]Escape roomIRLThis is my favorite room in one of my favorite venues. The way it’s laid out is just very cool. It’s almost minimalist but there are a lot of clues to solve and they all relate to supervillains. If you were into comics as a kid you will enjoy this game

The Haunted HotelThe Great Escape Room - Arlington [prev. Escape Room Arlington]Escape roomIRLReally gave the atmosphere of an old hotel. Everything was put together nicely, nothing to break the mood.
The Scorpion CodeEncrypted Escape - Bethesda [prev. Escape Quest]Escape roomIRLA very cool game. This was our first meeting with the Architect. Have play started as soon as we walked in with everyone being in character. This was a Cold War, stop the missile from firing type of game. Lots of good puzzles, some of the clues were hard to figure out but they may have been us.
Budapest ExpressEscapology - FairfaxEscape roomIRLThis room threw too much at you too quickly. Not that many things to solve but even when you know who did it you aren’t through. Most rooms have a flow but I didn’t feel this room flowed well. There are better rooms at Escapology.
