Excellent puzzles, extremely engaging. There was fantastic flow and a wide range of puzzle types. It was also really clear any time something activated no matter where you were in the space.

Completely original set design and theme. Really gorgeous and fully immersive. We were transported and it was magic.

The staff is always super nice here. The only blemish on an otherwise perfect experience was the game host hopping in to give us tips (basically the solution to puzzles) when we specifically requested we only get hints if we asked for them. I could understand if we were running out of time or seemed completely lost, but we had 15 minutes left. I enjoy the satisfaction of puzzling things out and that detracted a bit.

Absolutely unique, unlike any other room/theme we’ve experienced.

The story was FANTASTIC. So funny, we didn’t want it to end.
