We wasted at least 20 minutes trying to find a key that was never even placed! And a specific door hadn't opened that somehow resulted in us not being able to get any hints to help with the very last segment in the puzzle. They didn't even bother to fix mid-game or give more time. So we were stuck and had no chance in winning. Very disappointed. We voiced our complaints but the best they could do was say sorry. Not even a partial refund was given.
