Experiencia Ciudad De Vacaciones [Vacation City Experience]

Ciudad De Vaccaciones is a very crazy and out there room, completely different from the usual themed experiences, it is not for every type of player but we enjoyed it a lot as a couple. There is a lot of puzzle variety and it is a very dynamic room with a lot of movement. Another important aspect of this room was the interactions with the GM, Leire’s acting was incredible and made a fun room even better. If you enjoy crazyness and are looking for an odd kind of escape room experience, this is it!

El Laberinto [The Maze]

El Laberinto is a lovely and unique well crafted room, certainly a passion project with a lot of attention to details. I mean this as a compliment when I say there are a lot of higher production cost rooms that dont reach the level of puzzle flow and ideas of this one with seemingly less money, just goes to show how creative this experience is. There is a good mix of tech and mechanical puzzles. We did it as couple but it feels like a great room to do with 3 to 4 people. Although it’s localization is way out of the center of Madrid, the trip was well worth it and I recommend it as a room not to be missed when visiting the city.

Yeti is a very exciting adventure with lots of variety and a good flow from puzzle to puzzle. We enjoyed this room a lot and Pablo, our GM, played a great character that really our experience since the moment we stepped inside the venue. I can recommend this room to anyone that is looking for a fun time escaping.

The entrance to the game is one of the most interesting we have experienced so far. The decor is well made and the puzzles were varied and interesting, it’s an action packed experience, come prepared with comfortable clothes. We barely managed to escape with only 12 seconds left on the clock. While there are other escape room experiences that I would visit first in Madrid, this one doesn’t disappoint at all, we would recommend it!

We have been doing escape games for a long time and this one captured our hearts completely, you can tell right away there is a lot of love and care put into this room. The decor of the room, the details and puzzle variety are all superb. If that wasn’t enough, the GM is also a lovely person that highly contributed for the room to shine even brighter. We played it as a couple, but it has all the ingredients to be a perfect family adventure. Looking forward to comeback to Madrid to play future missions when available. Highly recommended!

La Entrevista [The Interview]

Really enjoyed the Interview experience from the moment you enter until the moment you escape it was very immersive. The GM played a great character. There are a lot of puzzles to enjoy and a lot of variety. I recommend to play this with 4 people, 2 can be a bit hard like it happened with us that ended up being 5 min or so overtime, but the GM was accommodating and we were allowed to complete the room. If you are in Madrid for a while be sure to pay Cubick Room Escape a visit for a quick Interview!

¿Caza de Brujas? La Gruta del Bakalao [Witch hunt? The Bakalao Grotto]

A magical experience from the moment you ring the bell, until you escape. The room Caza de Brujas is amazing, incredible decoration, with a lot of attention to detail, very humorous and a huge variety of puzzles, both mechanical and technological. What made this already amazing room 100x times better was our game master Kyrah, she was exceptional, ask for her when you book the room. The room provides a very good challenge even for players with some experience under their belts. If you are looking for a light hearted but immersive escape game, good for 2 or more people, look no more!

Very immersive experience from the moment you ring the bell, to the moment you finish the mission. It is fun for 2 and appropriate for a family experience. The puzzles tend to be more on technological side which fits the theme nicely, but there are some traditional ones too. The decor is very well done and there are actors. It is light hearted investigation/adventure that it’s easy to recommend.

This was the most immersive experience we had so far in our escape room journey. Bring a mask because you will be eating a lot of dust along this ride, they even state that on the reservation email, and they are right. A lot of puzzle variety, a superb decor you will get lost, in a good way. We were 2 players but I would recommend 4, because there is a lot to do. One of the best rooms in Madrid, totally recommend if you aren’t claustrophobic!

This is on of the most immersive escape room experiences I ever had, on the level of a theme park ride but with a lot of varied puzzles to solve and things to do. For 2 seasoned players is ok to do, but better with 4 people. Totally recommend this experience, if you come to Madrid and can only do 1 escape room, this won’t disappoint. Sofi was an amazing host and Anto was an incredible GM!

A great immersive experience in a world war 2 environment. Amalia, our game master, was amazing and added to the already cool experience. I heavily recommend this room to 4+ people or 2 seasoned players.

Space Wars

Very underwhelming, the set design was cool but the puzzles were very few and far between, in 30 minutes we were out and it could have been less time if the puzzle direction and the lock sequence weren’t miss matched, to the point the game master had to come to the room. In summary, the star wars theme is very cool, but not enough to cover the lack of gameplay.

The puzzles are cool and there are several interesting rooms, but you have to play each room in 15 minutes or less, instead of a typical 60min game. We almost always were 1 or 2 minutes away from completing each room, but the time pressure really killed the joy and the immersion, for us it wasn’t a good fit. The GM was great and funny, the game was ok but I would only recommend it to players that enjoy timed challenges or want to be the fastest.

This room is a labor of love, follows the subject matter closely while being accessible to others that don’t know it. You can experience a variety of puzzle types, really recommend everyone to try it!

This was the best escape room experience I had in Lisbon. From the room to the GM, it was very immersive and it kept on getting better and better as we progressed. Really recommend you dive into this and play along for the ride. You can choose to be scary or adventurous, we chose the latter and it was a blast.

If you are traveling near Nazaré you might want to make a stop at this unassuming location for a quick escape game. An interesting room that holds some Templars mysteries. The GM is very friendly and the room has interesting puzzles to be solved.
