This escape room was a Spur of the Moment for us. I liked the idea of the escape room and how it was carnival themed for Georgie from IT, but this room wasn’t necessarily my favorite. It’s a small space and some puzzles were challenging to solve because they just didn’t make sense based on the clues that were being revealed. Your group first starts out in individual rooms and you must escape your individual room before joining the rest in the main room. You only get one walkie-talkie that you may use for communication with your Game Master, and you had to share that device amongst your group, so the beginning part was challenging with what you were given. The puzzles were tedious, finicky, and some were unclear on the message that was being conveyed.

They took the theme of a famous horror movie BUT not at all scary. Creepy? Yes, but not scary. The puzzles were a bit difficult because the room is lit in red light making it tad difficult to complete color puzzles but not impossible!!! Overall, other puzzles and atmosphere was great. I want to try their other two rooms!

I like the theme and the many accurate references to the movie but it just didn't flow. It was a 'solve this clue, open this lock' kinda game with no real variety on getting clues. We had to ask for a lot of hints as well. Not sure if this is because we're still new at escape rooms or it just was too difficult. Staff was very friendly and the room was decorated perfectly to match the theme.

Decent to crap puzzles. The entire game is in dim to no lightning. You can barely see the puzzles.. only reason this game is tough… cause you can’t see anything. I have no idea how this games has thumbs up. It literally blows my ******** mind. With decent lighting- game is at best D+.
Dark, dark and well… more dark. Frustrating that you can’t see.

A game shrouded in darkness and strange puzzle flow that was highlighted by our fabulous GM. Just too dark of a game where the challenge was mainly seeing things rather than solving puzzles. It took away from the immersion a lot. That being said it’s another game that’s worn down but from a layout perspective and concept it could be the standout game if some more care was put into the final product. At near $50 a person this is not on par.

The room was a bit underwhelming. Still not a bad room for first timers. Not really scary either. Just a dim room with soft music. The production quality was simple but could definitely use a facelift to keep up with all the immersive rooms out there now. The puzzles were familiar to us since we’ve done a good amount of rooms collectively. One of the locks that were reset already had 3 out of 4 of the correct code so I was kinda let down from that. Similar to their Cabin 13 room, the room is adaptable for different group sizes which prevented us from experiencing those other rooms. We wanted to book a second room from this place but because the previous group was delayed we were told we missed the window to be able to book it.

Was a pretty cool gen 1 escape room. I also loved how you get to choose if you want ti start or separately. Was kind of bummed that we didn’t have a live actor because they were not in that day. Should have an option whether we wanted an actor or not.

Fans of It will delight in the nods to the film. Split start adds to the challenge. We had a couple instances where we interpreted the breadcrumbs differently than was intended. Mostly Gen 1, with a variety of puzzles.
